Good point, I didn't think of it like that. if anyone would support
all the cameras popping up in major cities it would be Litheroy, after
all... if you've got nothing to hide.

Taking it a step further, I'm trying to justify the sort of character
who is across the street in an empty motel room with a long range
listening device and binoculars but I think this might be too far from
Revelations ideals to allow, even for an ex-Jeanite. Being proficient
in breaking into other people's security systems to get at footage
already recorded would be fair game though, might emphasise that
instead.
Or just go with my original idea and make him a little dissonant. An
ex-lightning servitor working for Litheroy should have known the job
wasn't going to be *easy* after all...
