IN> Revelations undercover.

I just got the Litherow PDF and was just throwing around some ideas
for a new character and wanted some opinions:
Partly inspired by the 'To serve lightning' box my basic idea was the
inverse: a servitor of Lightning who jumped ship and now serves
Revelation, specifically using his previously gained expertise in
electronics for covert surveillance.
My question is this: To what extent would you think a servitor of
Revelations could justify anything 'covert'? My thinking is that
having to participate in something that involved subterfuge would be
distasteful and best and unthinkable at worst to any Rev servitor but
I can't decide how far to push it.
The character might not actually be that useful as a PC in the end
anyway but it's an interesting exercise (to me anyway) and might yeild
a nicely conflicted NPC.
