An animal will (obviously) never have more Force potential than the
sum of the Corporeal, Ethereal, and Celestial limits of its species.
Typically, its Force potential (and starting Forces) will equal the
Corporeal limit of its species.

An animal with Celestial Forces is as rare as a human with Symphonic
Awareness: it happens often enough that there's a significant number
of them; but those with Celestial Forces are easily outnumbered by
those without.  Animals with Symphonic Awareness generally do _not_
exist in significant numbers: they must first have six Forces - which
a large number of species simply can't do - and then they must be made
aware of the Symphony.  Their lack of language facilities puts sorcery
out of their reach, making "self-Awakening" nearly impossible for
them; thus, virtually every Symphonically-Aware animal would be a
Soldier.  And the only Superior who would generally be interested in
Animal Soldiers is Jordi.
