Well, I can actually see Lilith accepting the nickname at certain times 
(i.e. certain centuries). I can see during times when Lilith and 
Andrealphus are on particularly good terms (what's the next level up from 
allied?), they accepting "Lil" and "Andre" from each other (and 
Andrealphus, of course, obliterating non-DP demons who uses it). 

As for use of "Andre" by other superiors: I could see Lilith, Eli, and
maybe Nybbas, Kobal, Eli and Novalis using it. Kronos and Lawrence would 
rip out own their tongues before doing so.

Kobal uses everyone's nickname except for Kronos. Not because he fears 
him, but because, well, it's *special*.
