It is. I've found three examples without getting up from my desk. 
1)Superiors:Eli page 15: Eli uses 
it in his Princely Opinions section (which could be viewed as the 
character using the nickname). 
2)Superiors:Lilith page 25: In the Tempations of the Flesh box on 
resisting being bound to Lust.
3)In the Errata for the First Edition, the P159 Errata include:
Add the following to the end of the Kiss of Death entry: "(As an Impudite, 
Andre rarely likes finding that this grande morte has been used on a 
human, but he doesn't often ask, either.)"
