The short answer is: Yes.

There are two minor Archangels in the pipeline for e23 publication.
(There's also a Demon Prince.) I have two other long-term "I want you,
and I'm willing to wait for your schedule" projects working, and I think
I've finally found my Marc team. The Jean one depends on when I can get
my resident computer expert to look over my stuff and make notes for me
to expand upon.

Please read the Writer's Guidelines, at (from memory):

Anyone who does not read those guidelines, and internalize them, gets a
brusque brush-off at best. While I work with authors closely on all kinds
of things, failure to follow the guidelines can crush your chances entirely.

You might want to "get your feet wet" by making Pyramid submissions (which
don't have to be In Nomine, of course!). Be sure to read _those_ guidelines
as well, if you do! The slush is wide and the slush is deep, and the 
editor is a busy person.
