IN> Expanded Superior Descripitions and where to find them

Hey all,

I was wondering, is there a list of those Superiors
who have "expanded" descriptions (as in the Superiors
books, but also in Night Music et al) and where they
can be found?  Although I am missing a few books from
my collection (and pretty much all of the online
stuff), I am never sure which Superiors I am genuinely
missing and which aren't there to be had, as it were.
