A vaguely related case is what happens when a ghost's anchor is on a
vessel that disappears due to the owner going celestial. This topic
was addressed in a thread around December of last year ("Ghost anchors
and discorporated Vessels"); though no canonical answer was given,
several options were speculated on: Beth suggested the possibility
that the human soul's anchor would be left behind when the vessel
discorporeates (which, in this case, would lead to a rather gross
miscarriage); EDG suggested possibilities of the human soul either
ending up in Limbo or accompanying the celestial form wherever it goes
until the vessel recorporeates; and I put forward the notion that the
soul might be forced to retreat into its dreamscape until the vessel
recorporeates.
Granted, the situation is not quite the same; in this case, we're
talking about a human soul that's _forming_. The delicate state of a
still-forming human soul might be such that forcing it out of its body
could do grevious harm to it - say, costing it a Force potential the
moment that the fetus discorporeates, plus another Force potential for
(say) every hour that the fetus remains discorporeated. This would
tend to lead to birth defects or a miscarriage once the pregnant
vessel recorporeates.

The other option is to assign consequences to assuming celestial form
while in a pregnant vessel (as mentioned above), and then merely
letting the chips fall where they may: angels generally don't assume
celestial form while in a pregnant vessel - not because they can't,
but because destroying a human soul is a good way to tick off your
boss. Granted, this wouldn't restrict the Disfavored all that much,
and some DPs (such as Saminga) might even engourage it - although most
wouldn't, since the demon would be destroying a potential source of
Essence for Hell by doing this.
Also, I could see some Superiors imposing the Bound Discord on the
mother for the duration of the pregnancy, especially if they have
reason to be concerned about her state of mind.
