Perhaps very old indeed--and not an Angel of Lightning. The Angel of
the Hilt, a Cherub of the Sword. Began very literally, but expanded to
the idea of protecting users from ill effects from their tools. Jean
has not bothered to make an Angel of User-Friendliness, since this
would be wasteful duplication of effort. The Angel of the Hilt also
would have some attunements from Protection, and in the modern
era from Lightning. One of his specialties is taking certain of
Technology's abominations and, by putting safety features in,
making them non-Infernal. Most Technology demons are baffled
by this.
