CPG indicates that all Saintly vessels (both recorporealized and
born-again) are sterile.  The Songs of Fruition are essentially an
end-run around corporeal sterility; so a Saint who somehow learned the
appropriate Song of Fruition probably _could_ procreate, despite his
vessel's limitation.  The question is, which Song?  My gut instinct
would be the Corporeal Song, since the Saint is human; but I could see
a case for requiring the Celestial one instead, due to the Saint's
unique tie to Heaven (and thus to the Celestial Realm).
