Oh, agreed, it could. But GBH to the mother, without causing a higher
likelihood of Fetus death before being able to abandon the Fetus would be
tricky. (Not impossible mind you, just tricky)

These are definately evil, *but* they do not represent making the *host*
do something more evil. They also carry the risk of having the mother
attempt to kill the fetus.
Of course the status of Shedim and a fetus in your game may represent the
GM's opinion on various political issues related to Pregnancy, so your
mileage may vary.
