Both Nybbas and Asmodeus are presumed to have a lot of people who work
on making Roles for their Servitors. Getting the Role "free" or getting
the points to pay for a Role as part of the package are just indicating
that these are standard perks. A Lilim of the Media steps into some 
"bit part" that a demonling or young demon started, and Makes It Big.
