It could arrange grievous bodily harm to the mother.

Also, with the right Songs, it could make the mother hallucinate that
her baby is a demon and is talking to her (which in this case would
not be a hallucination...) Or perhaps even worse, make other
people "hallucinate" that the woman is carrying a demon baby.
