Any feeling for whether or not riders should be able to take over fetuses?

I don't have any feeling for Kyriotates one way or another, but for a
Shedite, I think they should be able to, but with the understanding that
they can do *nothing* to fulfill their dissonance conditions while they
have the fetus. This would only be useful if riding a pregnant woman who
manages to expel the shedite, it would provide a place to stay before
trying again later, if the shedite was willing to take the dissonance.
