The Liber Castellorum is probably my second least-used book of the In Nomine line, largely because it--like You Are Here--is fairly GM-specific and is used more in the planning of locales than when running or playing through a session.

That said, I do find the information it presents to be quite useful in developing the worldscape which my players run through. Tethers are an important factor in Words and The War. If your gameplay deals with that at all, then Liber Castellorum will give you some info you won't find anywhere else. I don't know that it's crucial info, per se, but it's nice to play within the rules whenever possible.

Like Liber Servitorum, it's a collection of sample/examples for each major Superior, except this is for Tethers not servitors, of course. This can be handy when a GM is feeling lazy and it's a handy idea-generator for adventures as a whole.

My vote would be for picking it up. Also, since the IN Line is so tragically tiny, it's just a nice feeling to have the complete collection. I've seen a couple FLGSs still have it and you can order it from Warehouse 23 as well. If you like good-looking spines, then I'd suggest going for it new.
