The LCast was the first book that I... Well, "edited" is in some ways
a bit trivial. Compiled, perhaps, or managed.

I'd like to think it's a good buy new. O:> However, if you aren't
likely to find Tethers interesting for whatever reason, I perfectly
understand finding it used. O;>
