It's not firmly fixed... But my protocanon is that no, his dissonance
conditions have not changed appreciably since humans showed up to
bind Lightning to Inspiration.
To give away the trick of something, to teach it as one would teach a
child, denies the chance of Inspiration and harms that aspect of the Word.
Harming the Word harms the Symphony. Naughty Vapulans go around doing
this sort of Symphonic undermining all the time. Therefore...
The _phrasing_ of the dissonance conditions may well have changed, mind.
But that's protocanon for the moment. It resides only on a file in my
computer.
