As the player of the associated Malakite: handwaving, I believe.  The
Malakite is certain that God is God everywhere.  But hell, I don't know if
he's right, in context.  The Symphony seems to work everywhere - the
Malakite, for example, has gotten Resonance reads off of Roy Fokker and
Haruhi Suzumiya and others, almost exclusively off Symphonic Earth.
