If the GM wants it to; the GM will also have to figure out -- as
with Domains -- what happens if a being with no X Forces wanders
in.

IMC, there are special rooms in the Halls of Progress that emulate
the corporeal realm. (And it's very embarrassing if you set up a
gravity experiment and it falls on you so that you have to get
someone to heal your broken leg.) Strength/Agility are probably
invoked in those...

I think Intelligence and Precision can generally be used just about 
anywhere. Intelligence is my catch-all for remembering things, for
instance, and Precision can be hand-eye coordination, which is 
something that a GM can decree is just as important as Perception...
