I'd leave that a bit looser, myself; the demon is going to
have to be within touch-range, though, and should probably
be responsible in some relatively well-linked, short-term
way -- ordering the flogging done by another slave, for
instance, or locking the collar around the hungry slave and
pronouncing that the Bad Dog will enjoy being hungry.

Long-term effects are covered for those times when a sensation
trigger becomes actually "hardwired" and doesn't wear off.

I would generally keep it to "physical sensations."
E.g., "being naked" could be a trigger. "being undressed"
could be a trigger. But "being in front of people" seems
a bit more in the mental state -- use Dark Desire to make
someone get off on exhibitionism.

(Essentially, Dark Desire is the bigger, badder, brudder of the
Bal of Lust attunement -- which means the BoL shouldn't be able
to get all the effects of DD for half the price.)
