I think _Andrealphas'_ intention was to addict people to things that  
encourage them to be Lustful, and to encourage lustfulness in others.

Or stated more simply, if it makes people act naughty it's what Andre  
intended.

Most people are taught to be embarrassed by "being naked in front of  
strangers." One could cause the embarrassment to be pleasurable. Or,  
even better for Hell, pleasure at breaking a major societal taboo.

And  wouldn't this be a great attunement for any Shedite?
