I'd go with the stricter ruling; it's more in line with the way that
Balseraphim rearrange reality with themselves at the center of things. :)
All kidding aside, it's usually more fun to get the celestials directly
involved, although it's also important to keep in mind that working with
others can have strong possibilities for interesting situations. Always
attempt to avoid "gang of PCs bushwhack solitary enemy celestial", as that
gets boring really fast. It's also important to keep Balseraphic
self-centeredness (as opposed to general demonic self-centeredness) in mind,
too.

You're getting yourself into some iffy territory there, as it can get tough
to establish responsibility -- if the demon invites you to a party where
someone rubs ice on your back, would that count? Keep things simpler by
requiring the demon to actually do the thing in question.

They don't fit the "physical sensation" part of the Balseraph attunement.
For something like what you're referring to here, you'll want to try either
straight Balseraph
resonance on the target ("That feels gooooood... Anyone who thinks it
doesn't is just mistaken, and you want to try this again and again..."), or
go with the "Dark Desire" attunement if you're looking for something more
dramatic.
Remember that much of what is appealing (or embarrassing) is often found
strictly between the ears. Physical sensation is something you can give
yourself over to, but it's a shallow thing to dedicate yourself to... and
that's probably one of the major reasons Lucifer has urged Andre to move in
the directions that he has. If you've got a question about how to interpret
something in IN, it's usually safest to look at what gets closest to the
"selfish/selfless" distinction, and go from there.
