Yeah, there aren't many players to be found corporeally. You can find
games played in LiveJournals, there's a couple public In Nomine MUSHes
that I don't think have posted recently, and I think I'm going to have
to recommend the Pyramid board to you -- subscription based ($20/yr, I
think), but you get access to all the Pyramid back-issue content
(including In Nomine articles unavailable elsewhere), and I <ahem>
know of at least one In Nomine game currently being played there...
alas, with no current openings, last I checked.
