They're intended to be destroyed when the body part dies, so unless 
someone is sent straight from alive to zombi, I'd say no.  A mummy is 
necessarily alive when mummification happens, so, possibly... although 
frankly, most benefits granted by the Full Shell are either less than 
or redundant to what an Undead gets.  If you're planning to mummify, 
you're also already probably a Sorcerer, capable of performing 
Corporeal Songs and storing Essence obtained by various means.  So even 
if it could work -- and I don't think I'd want to reveal a ruling on 
that until the first human in a game tried it, heh heh -- that relic 
Shell is probably a bad investment, unless you can find a surgeon 
willing to make one with the Tough or Extremely Tough features.
