I can see going either way. Naturally, they are not the usual sorts of
being, and may not be entirely restricted the way lesser Superiors are.
(Then again, in regards to the Seraph one and Yves? It's already
presumed that all Archangels have access to all Choir resonances anyway,
and dissonnace or lack thereof is... handwaved fuzzily.)

They may be able to turn the resonances on and off. 

They may choose not to access them.

Or they may be bound with them -- as noted, just 'cause they're saying
true things doesn't mean that they're going to not be _enigmatic_
true things.
