IN> Combat effects of new dissonance/discord?

Is there any effect of getting new dissonance or discord while in combat?  
Would they be viewed as more distracted?

For example, two identical Djinn of the media, both of which have been hit 
by cream pies striking out to try to protect themselves. Djinn 1 hits his 
attuned (giving him a note of dissonance), Djinn 2 hits random other 
entity. Is Djinn 1 going to be worse off then Djinn 2 in the following 
round of combat?

Same for Cherubs?
