That's the point - Yves' people will check the name,
and so assume that he's the real McCoy; Litheroy's
will get that info from Destiny and then be obliged to
confirm it when asked.

Dominic is a wild card that Nybbas won't have
considered; as Heaven's Judge, if the fake steps out
of line, then Dominic may rule that: "Your behaviour
is inappropriate for the Anointed One. I'm stripping
you of the title. You are forbidden from interfering
with the weather without permission from the Seraphim
Council."
Mind you, he didn't do anything about the Borgias, so
maybe not.

Agreed. Nybbas can't afford to let Kobal in on the
joke; too much is at stake. Granted Nybbas has only
been a Prince for a century, but Andre will have
taught him how far to trust Kobal - failing to do so
would cause Andre Impudite dissonance.
