Oh, I've no doubt that there *are* Fates a child could achieve. If your Fate
is "break your sister's arm for the fun of it", I think a 10-year-old
probably has enough grasp of pain and such to understand that it's *wrong*
to do so, and thus, doing so anyway would damn them. But if your Fate is
"dump your girlfriend without any effort to soften the blow", well. I tend
to think that a 10-year old doesn't have the emotional maturity to
understand how much that hurts, so I think that that's not going to count
for a Fate even if they do it. Just IMO, mind.
