Dark Selflessness Discord (Celestial): Persons with this Discord must make a 
Will roll, minus level of Discord, whenever they see someone who appears to 
be in need of help. If the celestial fails the roll, he is compelled to try 
to force his help upon the other individual, even if the other doesn't want 
it. Depending on the celestial's personality, his behavior may be rude, 
pushy and obnoxious, or subtly condescending and patronizing. The duration 
lasts CD minutes. With a CD 6, the person must attempt to /physically/ 
coerce a resisting individual into accepting his aid.
