Anachronistic MRL Truck v1.0 (TL5)

  In some alternate history stories, one side finds efficient uses for 
historical technologies. In other novels, genuine time travelers bring 
modern concepts with them. This MRL truck is a more primitive version 
of the world war two Katyusha, coming perhaps 50 years early.
  The MRL truck combines the chassis and cab of an 1¼ ton truck with a 
launcher for 16 fin-stabilized artillery rockets. The elevation of the 
rails can be adjusted for ranges from 0.5 to 5 miles and the mount can 
traverse through 360°, but firing straight to the rear can damage the 
cab.
  At normal cruise speed, the engine uses 3.6 gallons of gasoline per 
hour. A load of fuel and ammunition is $2,095.

Subassemblies: Body +3, four Heavy Wheels +1, full-traverse Open Mount 
  +2. 
Powertrain: 60-kW wheeled drivetrain; 60-kW gasoline engine; 500-kWs
  lead-acid battery.
Fuel: 50 gallons gasoline (fire 12).

  Finely made. Body is 180 cf. Wheels are 100 cf (increased volume). 
Open Mount is 72 cf. Structure is light and expensive. Armor is 
expensive metal. Mechanical controls. 0.825 cf of empty space. Empty 
weight is 7,200 lbs.

third printing, Dec 2004 errata], VXi, VXii (including the armor volume 
rule) and the text format from Vehicles Lite.
