Well, the lack of air will prevent true fuel-air explosives. You could 
make binary explosives (given available materials, probably a slurry of 
metal dust and liquid oxygen), but a lot of this depends on why they 
_need_ explosives; for construction purposes other things are probably 
cheaper and for combat purposes the universal weapon will be rockets.
