compared to Earth's atmosphere, yes.  but not really in short supply.
On the order of 1% of mass of a typical asteroid will be nitrogen
compounds.  It will take a substantial amount of work to get them out,
though, but that's mostly a matter of suppyling energy.  And that's
not a problem in a setting where you can get there.
