I am trying to decide if I can go with asteroids or whther I need to define
the asteroids as plenetary remenants - in which case I have frozen biosphere
- and all the biomass and nitrogen therin.  Methane may be a solution.

True.  I am looking for a lower tech route first off.  While the settin g
_can_ have molecular filtering and indeed, minifacs, it wont really work
best if I have to rely on them for this aspect.
