Does 'dome' mean 'no breathable atmosphere' or 'no atmosphere'? Binf
sounds like the planet for big, efficient, robotic shuttles and OTVs.

I've got the Nexa-II-class Shuttle, Nexa-III-class OTV, Nexa-IV-class
Deep Space Vehicle and Nexa-V-class Lander, optimized for low _total_
costs rather than low per-unit costs, so even marginal colonies can 
have a shuttle awaiting the passing Nexan starships.
