This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. My site is down for rebuilding, but sooner or
later the old stuff should reappear at omeyer.gmxhome.de

SAR Shuttle v1.0 (TL10)
  Copyright 2009 by Onno Meyer

The SAR Shuttle is a search and rescue craft for orbital and surface
starports. It can operate in atmosphere or vacuum, and respond quickly
with a top speed over Mach 2.
The Shuttle has seats for five crew (pilot, co-pilot, navigator, and
two medics or surgeons) and a dozen survivors, two of them in automeds
for intensive care. The airlock, large for a craft of this size, holds
four suited humans at a time. The Shuttle can touch down on water and
dry land, but a winch is provided for rescues from confined areas. An
advanced sensor suite helps to locate the accident site.
