With 4 Levels of Extended Lifespan the character begins aging at 400
years. (400 is the new 50)
Extended lifespan doubles all age events per level, now IIRC The old
race matured normally. So thats adds some additional points to the 8,
how many is up to you. There is no Rapid Maturity advantage that I can
find nor is there a Rapid Aging disadvantage.
There is a mechanic in place for altering other "ranges" specifically
altering weapon ranges. +/- 10%/level
So...
4 levels of Extended Life span (8)
Increased maturity 4 levels +40% (Matures at 18 instead of 144) (4)
Reduced version of Self Destruct +80% (roll at every three months) (-2)
Total 10 points.
At least thats how I would model it.
