[gurps] Spiderweave / weave armour is found where?

What it says in the subject really. There is a GURPS book (3rd ed) that 
mentions spiderweave armour, though I'm not quite sure if it was called 
that. Unfortunately I can't remember which book it was, so if anyone can 
give me a book and page reference I'd be very grateful.
