Yep. If you look, things are indented as well. Everything above
Shapeshifting is part of the base race(as well as Shapeshifting). And from
my understanding, Alternate form swaps racial templates.

How do you figure that? Under were-creatures, it mentions buying things
that work in both forms as personal traits. But this is a race. And on the
previous page, it says the Alt Form replaces your native racial template.

So how would you show a personal trait in a template? Or just consider the
rules different because it's a shapeshifting race? And what about traits
that are improved? Such as the Night Vision.

IIRC, Nightvision in GURPS is a lot different than in

I saw the other versions. Only some Nightbane have those, not all of them.
So I didn't add it to the template. This template is only things common to
all Nightbane. There's still the definition of their Morphus form to define
in addition to this template.

It's more than just the SDC. And I was just ballparking things. I'm not
going for an exact conversion, as that's pretty impossible. Palladium has
HP as well as SDC, and the Morphus has double the HP of the Facade.

They're already pretty tough. Lookin' to make 'em cost less atm. As for
DR, some Nightbane have it, but it's not a given.

You might also check out what disadvantages they qualify for... such

Their appearance depends on their Morphus form, which is why I didn't list
it. They all have Fright/Awe checks, though.

I did come up with a disad. They're universally hunted by the Nightlords,
which I came up with as a 40 pt disad. Nightlords pretty much control the
planet and want the Nightbane dead. But they also want things kept secret,
so it's not a full scale manhunt. I figured they don't often show up(I
forget the dice roll). Not sure where that fits in the table, though. Does
that only apply points wise to the base race?

Also, the original point totals didn't include the Jumper as I'm still not
sure how that will end up points wise.
