At that point I'd tend to use the spacecraft modules, anchor them in
water deep enough not to have to worry about storms, and power them
with cables from the domes (if practical), solar cells (floating or
submerged), or some sort of nuclear reactor. Depends on the transport,
of course - it might be worth simply putting them right next to a
centre of population, since humans tend to want protection from cat 5
hurricanes too. :-)
