This is a weekly posting with GURPS vehicles (and the like) to the
GURPSnet mailing list. I grant the permission for all non-commercial
redistribution of my work, but I would like to know if you put it on
a website or the like. My site is down for rebuilding, but sooner or
later the old stuff should reappear at omeyer.gmxhome.de

Delgado RangeMaster-10 Buggy v1.0 (GURPS Traveller TL10)

The RangeMaster is used by Delgado mining operations on airless moons
in the Spinward Marches. Surplus Rangemasters are often sold to smaller
companies or individual prospectors, and hence a common sight on many
worlds.
The buggy consists of an open steel frame holding four seats, electric
motors for each wheel, and a small electronics box between the two front
seats - two radios, a datalink computer, a camera, and a tracking beacon
(often the first thing a new owner removes). There is no cargo hold, but
some equipment can be stowed between the rear seats.
The power cell lasts for 42 hours at top speed.

Subassemblies: Body +2, four Off-Road Wheels -1.
Powertrain: Ruggedized 2.4-kW all-wheel drivetrain; 360,000-kWs
  rechargeable power cell.
Occ: XCCS, 3 XCS.
