Ever since reading the Pliocene Exile series by Jilian May, I've often 
thought about inflatable gear.  I think she called it 'decamole' or 
something similar.  I found it humorous that something similar was 
featured in a recent Sluggy Freelance story arc and made a reappearance 
over Christmas.
