The question is how much pressure difference each system can 
handle. If a pressure tent can maintain one atmosphere on a 
vacuum world, it should be able to maintain two atmospheres 
while the outside is at standard pressure. Probably it can 
take three or four atmospheres before it bursts, but not ten
or twenty ...

So a tent can be used for decompression of a diver coming 
up from 50' or 75', but not for divers from several 
hundred feet.
