[gurps] SJ Games responds to requests for Pyramid archives

Howdy all,

Credit where it's due: SJ Games have, finally, responded to the
complaints of those who weren't able to get the Pyramid archives in
the short window available.

I have, presumably like all others who were Pyramid subscribers at the
time the termination was announced, received a message from Steven
Marsh via email: the archives are available now until 2009-02-16, at
<URL:http://www.sjgames.com/pyramid/login/archives/zips/>.

That requires authentication, which worked for me with my account even
though I requested a refund on my subscription.

What isn't made clear in the message is that the downloads now
apparently include *all* the required files for reading the Pyramid
archives, including article images, comics, etc.

I'm downloading them all now; hopefully this time the downloads will
work properly for me.
