This spell effectivly grants the different levels of the Pressure Support 
advantage (CI63).  Vacuum support (CI70) uses the top level of PS, so I'd 
say you need the 3x cost one.  But no level grants "breathable" air 
supplies.

I'm not exactly how to apply *reduced* pressure to this spell, except to 
total vacuum.  Even climing Mt. Everest doesn't require *pressure* support, 
just supplemental oxygen.
