But, He did talk about underwater sails, which with a encyclopedic knowledge
of currents in the body of water one could use to "sail" using the
differential in currents. Efficient, hell no, doable, conceivably. But like
a lot of things if it look cool myabe you can get away with it. Besides he
didn't ask in about in relation to an particular flavor of game.
