  The Stealth Shuttlepod carries two persons from an orbiting starship 
to the surface of a planet and up again, if possible without detection 
by local sensor arrays. The pod has two seats under gullwing hatches. 
The pilot on the left side has the thought-operated controls (an added 
security feature on primitive worlds), the passenger on the right side 
has no workstation (and some variants fit the seat with memory plastic 
restraints). The cargo bay between the twin engines could hold another 
passenger, but it lacks life support.
  The power cells last for 148 minutes at full thrust, or for several 
weeks in orbit or on the ground.

Powertrain: Two 4,000-lb. vectored super reactionless thrusters; eight 
  450,000-kWs rechargeable power cells.

Design Notes
  Body is 100 cf, with underbelly skids, lifting body and very good 
streamlining. Structure is heavy, expensive and responsive. Armor is 
expensive metal. Self-sealing. Computerized controls. 0.27 cf of empty 
space. Empty weight is 3,200 lbs. 
  The vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [second edition, third 
printing, Dec 2004 errata], VXi and VXii (including the armor volume 
rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite.
