Rather interesting mix of characters that you wouldn't expect to work  
together. Then again, the author can script everything in a web comic.

Still, I've seen some odd mixes of characters work when the players  
want them to, and some groups that should work together well that  
don't because the players want to argue rather than work towards goals.

Although it is good to have a group of characters that should work  
together, it is much better to have a group of players that will work  
together in order to create an interesting story.
