This is very good advice.  I have no problem with this topic
continuing; but please keep focused on Tom's water world and/or GURPS.
 If you have to side-track into economic theory or politics, please be
brief and get back on topic as quickly as possible.

Also, if you have any problems with how things are going here -
including how I'm managing the list - feel free to contact me
directly, and I will be more than happy to discuss the matter with
you.  I really don't want this to turn into an on-list
discussion-about-the-discussion.
