Does it work on flying creatures that are 150 feet in the air? Maybe the
spell just fails when cast more than a certain height above ground level.
Maybe the spell can be cast above the ground, but with the cost multiplied
per every 50 feet above the ground the target is.

As always, it's the GM's call.
