[gurps] Magic Rules change: Powerstones

New Powerstone charging rule:   Powerstones will not charge within 6 feet of 
a *SMALLER* *UNCHARGED* Powerstone.   That is, if 2 powerstones are withing 
6 feet, the smaller one must reach full charge before the larger one can 
begin recharging, but once a powerstone is at full charge it has no further 
effect.

What if you just adopt the part where charged stones have no effect on the 
charging of other stones?  (Or am I just delusional and that is already the 
rule?)
